Originally found in London’s Fulham, back in 1995, Freedom remains the longest established microbrewer of Lager to date. Leaving London in 2004, Freedom moved to their current home in the heart of rural Staffordshire, onto a private estate of rolling countryside and near the world famous brewing town of Burton-On-Trent. They chose to set up our Brewery in the country, drawing spring water from our very own borehole, blending innovation with tradition. They chose to make a better beer; fully conditioned, naturally carbonated, unpasteurised, filtered, consistent, balanced and brilliant.
