HSE Manual Handling Regulations apply to all manual handling operations which could cause injury at work, including drinks deliveries. In the brewing and pub sector manual handling of full, part-full or empty casks and kegs, gas cylinders, boxes and cases – whether on the dray lorry or within a cellar – all present a risk of injury.
