Andrew joined the BBPA as Policy Manager in July 2018, after a long and varied career within the UK’s aviation regulator, the Civil Aviation Authority.  In his time at the CAA, he worked on policy and process development, business planning & strategy, and latterly on environmental impact assessments.  Prior to the CAA he worked as an auditor at Ernst & Young.

His role at BBPA includes responsibility for licensing, landlord/tenant relations, employment and skills, planning and property law, and wider regulation and issues impacting pub operations and retailing.
